About the Location:

Leapi are 5,000 hectares of owned land, exploration and mineral rights located in San Carlos Yautepec a municipality located in the Sierra Madre del Sur mountain range and is part of the Sierra Norte de Oaxaca region home to several indigenous communities, including the Mixtec, Mixe, and Zoque peoples.

The region of San Carlos Yautepec presents a wide geological and mining landscape of both metallic and non-metallic minerals, and emerges from regional exploration work with helicopter support, where precisely Anomaly No. 65 Lachivia presents different types of hydrothermal alterations such as licification, oxidation, kaolinization, etc. This Anomaly is located within the Ejutla Area Yautepec Zone II.

It is accessed by Federal Highway No. 190 to "el camaron" with a journey of 139 km from there it departs to the SE with a journey of 18 km to San Carlos Yautepec, this is a good road in good condition that is passable at all times of the year.

Regionally, volcanic rocks of andesitic type ranging from lithic tuffs to andesitic tuffs and andesites outcrop in a large portion of the region.

Due to the work that has been done, it is recommended that an allocation be made as soon as possible, as it presents great geological and mining interest and is probably an ancient mining district.
